The sovereign OS for any small business.
One codebase. Any vertical. Bring your own AI. FallHub is the AI-first substrate a small-to-medium business runs on — hospitality, trades, ad firm, accounting, barbershop chain, or any niche. Snap in 60+ estate modules to add the capabilities you need. Own your data. Own your keys. MIT-licensed.
What FallHub is · plain words
Every small business has the same problems: answer customers, take bookings or orders, chase money, keep records, follow rules, stay found on Google.
Today most businesses solve those problems by renting software from 5 to 15 different companies, paying every month, and hoping the different tools talk to each other (they don't). When a new AI comes out, you have to wait for each of those companies to add it.
FallHub flips that. One codebase you own. It's the "brain" for your business. You point any AI you want at it (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or a free one running on your own computer). You snap in extra powers from a marketplace of modules — like phone apps but for your business.
When a new AI comes out, you just point at it. When you want more powers, you install another module. Nobody can shut you down. Nobody sees your customer data. You keep every penny.
The three pieces
- The brain (kernel). A short file that tells the AI what your business is: what you sell, your policies, your voice. Grounds every AI reply so it can't make stuff up.
- The verbs (tools). What the AI is allowed to do: take bookings, send messages, adjust prices, escalate to you. Each verb has a safety dial.
- The autonomy dial. Slide from Watch (AI narrates, you decide) up to Full autopilot as you learn to trust it.
That's the whole product. Everything else is a module you snap in.
Ready-to-configure vertical templates.
Each vertical is a 20-line config on top of the FallHub core. Same runtime · different kernel, different tools, different customer personas. Pick one below or see how any other niche fits.

Three steps · hours not months.
Fork · pick your vertical
Fork the FallHub repo (or download a ZIP). Pick a vertical template — hospitality, trades, ad firm, accounting, barbershop, or bespoke. Answer the setup wizard: business name, colour, voice tone, opening hours, prices.
Bring your own AI · harvest your kernel
Paste an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, Mistral, or use free local Llama in your browser. Point at your existing online footprint (reviews, listings, competitors). FallHub distils it into a grounding kernel so the AI can't invent facts.
Slide the autonomy dial as trust grows
Start on Watch — the AI narrates what it would do, doing nothing. Practice on the training simulator with fake customers. When you trust it, slide up to Auto-Low (FAQ replies) → Auto-Med (quotes, pricing) → Full autopilot. Every action Ed25519-signed with a 30-second undo.
Not another SaaS. An estate.
Vertical SaaS players own their vertical. Fresha for barbers. Xero for accounting. HubSpot for CRM. ServiceTitan for trades. Guesty for hospitality. Each is a walled garden. Each is monthly rent. Each locks your data.
FallHub is one substrate that eats all of them. Free. MIT. Owner-controlled AI. And it inherits 60+ estate modules already built — legal research (FallBrief), accounting (FallAccount), outreach (FallReach), CRM (FallCRM Elite), GDPR (FallSecurity), and dozens more.
Every module is MIT. Every module snaps into any vertical. When a new module ships in the estate, every FallHub instance can install it the same afternoon.
- Sovereignty. Never our servers. Never our tokens. Never our lock-in.
- Estate breadth. 60+ pre-built modules ready to snap in.
- BYOK. Any LLM. Any provider. Any model. Even free local.
- Konomi doctrine. Seal-chain audit trail (◊·κ=1). Provenance royalty economy via KCC.
- IRL proof. Wishwood is a real cottage taking real bookings today.
- Windows-first. Built where the average SMB owner actually works.
Snap in everything you need.

Every reasonable question · answered.
How is this different from Wix, Shopify, or Squarespace?
Those give you a website. FallHub gives you an operating system that runs your business — with an AI operator baked in, doing the work. You still get a website (via the module marketplace) but that's a small part. The main thing FallHub does is run operations: replies, quotes, pricing, complaints, follow-ups, records, compliance. And you own the whole thing. No monthly subscription unless you want optional support.
What if the AI makes a mistake or hallucinates?
Two layers of protection. First, the kernel: a strict JSON file that tells the AI exactly what you have (and explicitly what you don't have — no hot tub, no pool, etc). The AI can't claim things not in the kernel. Second, the autonomy dial: for the first weeks you run on Watch or Suggest, where the AI drafts but you approve every action. As trust builds, you slide up. Every action is Ed25519-signed with a 30-second undo window.
Do I need an AI subscription?
No. FallHub has a free local option: Botler runs Llama 3.1 8B directly in the browser, no server, no API key. It's slower than paid APIs but costs nothing forever. When you want faster or smarter, plug in a key from any of six providers.
Can I use it for a niche not on your list?
Yes. Any small business fits the substrate. The four flagship verticals (hospitality, trades, ad firm, accounting) plus barbershop show the pattern. For any other niche you write a 20-line kernel file and a tool registry, and you're running. Or hire us to build the vertical template — one-off fee, MIT-released so others can fork it too.
What about my customer data?
It stays on your device or your chosen cloud. FallHub is designed to run offline-capable, storing state in IndexedDB and optionally syncing via mesh (WebRTC) or your own Cloudflare Worker. We never see it. Included: FallSecurity module covers GDPR consent management, breach playbooks, access logs.
How is this AI-Native Solutions company positioned?
We build sovereign substrates. Not SaaS. Not walled gardens. Every product is MIT-licensed. Revenue comes from optional support tiers, custom vertical development, and agency licensing. The economics are aligned: our success depends on customers owning what they build, not renting from us. See Investors for the model.
What's the Konomi doctrine referenced everywhere?
The Konomi tradition is a set of construction principles used across our estate: the seal (◊·κ=1), the 14-point gate, the seal-chain audit pattern, the primes-of-seven spine. It's what makes the products cohere across all 60+ modules. You don't need to understand it to use FallHub — but if you're curious, see FallColony and its Konomi curriculum.
How does the training simulator work?
Every FallHub vertical ships with a "practice mode". You click DOWNLOAD & TRAIN, a local AI (Llama 3.1 8B) downloads to your browser once (~4GB, forever cached), then it spawns believable fake customers. They message, book, complain, ask questions. You reply. The same AI grades you 0-10 on warmth, accuracy, completeness, tone-fit. You practice until you're fast and confident, then flip on real customers.
