Work through this top-to-bottom. Fill each slot as you gather it. Send back to Simon as each section is done — don't wait for all of them.
1. Every section has a coloured tag: MUST-HAVE = we can't go live without it · NICE-TO-HAVE = adds a feature · OPTIONAL = only if you use it.
2. Each paste → slot is where the value goes. If you know it, type it in a note on your phone; if you don't, tick the "where to get it" link and come back.
3. When a whole section is filled, send Simon the values via Signal / iMessage / hand-off (not email or WhatsApp — some of these are secrets).
4. The gap section (§12) is for any platform I've missed — just describe it in your words.

Airbnb doesn't offer an API for small hosts — iCal export is the standard way to sync.
Pick one provider. Option A is easier to sign up; Option B is cheaper long-term.
If you use any of these, tell Simon which ones and paste whatever access details you have. Same pattern as the sections above — usually an iCal URL, an API key, or a webhook secret.
If both blank · Wishwood falls back to browser-native AI (WebLLM). Free, slower on first load, works forever. Not a blocker.
Don't wait to send everything at once — send each section as you finish it. Simon can start wiring integrations in parallel with you gathering the next one.
