The multi-location kernel

One kernel. N locations.

BarberHQ's kernel is a chain kernel — one central config with N location sub-configs. Each location has its own hours, chair count, staff roster, walk-in policy, stock levels, review platform IDs. The service menu, price sheet, and loyalty rules are shared across the chain.

The AI reads the specific location's sub-kernel when handling a shop-specific query. Global changes propagate — bump the classic-cut price and every location updates. Local changes stay local — Leeds's walk-in policy doesn't touch Manchester.

Adding a location is one JSON block. The AI immediately starts routing customers to it, tracks its stock, responds to its reviews.
