Deadlines that don't miss.
AccountingHouse is the accounting-practice showroom for FallHub — the sovereign AI-first OS for bookkeepers, self-assessment agents, VAT specialists, corporation tax bureaux, and payroll teams. HMRC calendar autotracks every client's deadlines. Missing-docs chase runs on your cadence. HMRC letters drafted with case-law grounding. MTD-ready. Deploy in an afternoon. Free MIT.
Seven clients. This week.
Monday morning. Open the calendar. Seven clients with something due this week. Three have all their docs · four are missing bank statements, P60s, or the receipt they promised on Tuesday. An HMRC compliance-check letter arrived for one client · needs a response that cites the right paragraph of the right manual. A new signup wants an engagement letter yesterday.
AccountingHouse is FallHub configured for accounting practices. Deadline dashboard shows every client's exposure at a glance. Missing-docs chase runs automatically at your cadence, in your tone. HMRC letters get drafted with FallBrief-cited references. New clients get 64-8 forms, AML checks, engagement letters — all pre-populated on signup.
You never file a return. AccountingHouse never files a return. You review AI drafts, sign, and file yourself. Your judgment. Your responsibility. Your billable hours preserved.
What the AI actually does
- Tracks deadlines — SA, VAT, CT, PAYE, CIS across every client · one calendar
- Chases missing docs — per-client persona-aware tone (chaotic vs. on-top)
- Drafts returns — pre-populates SA / VAT / CT from source docs · you review + file
- Estimates liabilities — client asks "how much will I owe?" · answered in your voice
- Drafts HMRC letters — compliance checks, penalty appeals, enquiry responses
- Schedules year-end reviews — booked around ARDs
- Onboards new clients — 64-8, AML, engagement letter, 3-2-1 setup
- Escalates complex tax questions — never auto-answers HMRC ethics calls
Every client is a sub-kernel.
AccountingHouse's kernel is a client-portfolio kernel. Each client is a separate entity block with its own accounting reference date, VAT scheme, chase cadence, fee arrangement, HMRC references. When AI drafts an email or return, it grounds in that specific client's sub-kernel.
The chaos-vs-on-top spectrum is encoded per client. Chaotic sole traders get warm nudges with cheerful language. On-top Ltd directors get formal reminders with next-step precision. The AI doesn't send both the same message.
No fabricated advice. The kernel is what stops the AI from inventing a scheme election or misstating a threshold. If a fact isn't in the kernel, the AI says it doesn't know and flags for you.

MITWhat the deadline dashboard actually looks like.
08:30 · Open AccountingHouse. Deadline dashboard shows 7 clients with something due this week. 3 have all their docs (VAT drafts already prepped for review). 4 are missing something. AI has already sent tailored chase messages to each of the 4 based on their persona (chaotic vs. on-top).
10:00 · An HMRC letter arrived for Client Foo — a compliance check. AI drafted the initial response citing the correct HMRC manual reference (via FallBrief). You spot-check, tweak one line, sign, PDF.
11:30 · New client inquiry from web form. AI ran AML pre-screen (basic identity + source-of-funds check), drafted an engagement letter, sent a Calendly link for a 15-min intro call. You accept the meeting.
14:00 · Client asks "how much will I owe?". AI estimated from Q1-Q3 data plus a run-rate projection, wrote the reply in your voice with the ranges you'd typically give. Client replies with the missing Q4 figure. AI updates the estimate.
16:00 · Bob (sole trader chaos) finally sent his last piece of missing paperwork. AI slotted it into the return draft, updated the estimate, told Bob the number in warm-nudge tone.
17:00 · Weekly review summary in your inbox: revenue collected, unpaid invoices, upcoming deadlines by client, hours saved vs manual chasing.
