The Forge API runs the full factory in production. For this playground we simulate the response client-side using your own LLM key — same request shape, same response shape, no backend dependency.

Self-host: clone the repo, set OPENAI_API_KEY (or ANTHROPIC/GEMINI), `npm start`. Deploy to Render/Railway/Fly with the included Dockerfile.

The Forge API is MIT-licensed and self-hostable today. Hosted managed version coming with usage-based pricing (no per-seat, no monthly minimum).
