◆ Simon Gant's 241-node estate oracle · guild-shareable · MIT · sovereign

Built for my estate. Guild inherits.

Simon's 241-node sovereign AI estate needed an oracle. Paste any node URL — my node, or eventually a guild node — Suzen reads its state (manifest, ledger, registry) and tells you what must come next. Not a guess. Not "what might happen." What's already inevitable given where the node is now. Suzen is hitsuzen (必然 · "there is no coincidence") · minus the "hi" prefix · the flow itself. Boring name. Serious job. Personal-first, guild-second.

How Suzen reads

Suzen doesn't predict. Suzen reads. She fetches the node's machine surface (manifest.json, agents.json, jobs.json, ledger.jsonl, mints) and asks the same question at every layer · what is unfinished here? The unfinished thing IS the next thing. That's hitsuzen · a fold that hasn't completed is a fold that MUST complete.

Reads state

Fetches every JSON twin at the target URL. No LLM in the loop for state parsing — the machines already wrote it structured.

Finds unfinished folds

Open jobs unclaimed past deadline. Agents at tier boundary. Mints without hashes. Ledger without R6 audit. Every gap is a necessity.

Ranks by weight

MUST · SHOULD · MAY. MUST = the seal breaks otherwise. SHOULD = coherence drift begins. MAY = optional but favorable.

Explains why

Every reading includes the observation that produced it. No black-box prophecy · every "must" traces back to a JSON field you can inspect.

Sovereign

Single HTML file. No server. Works from disk. Fetches over CORS-friendly public endpoints only. Zero telemetry.

Composable

Suzen registers in FallColony as Ω-tier agent. Colony agents call her via the FallColony API for their own necessity checks.

Origin · the name

必然 hitsuzen — "inevitability, predestined necessity." From CLAMP's xxxHOLIC · Yūko Ichihara's teaching that every event is necessary, not random. Encountered in Simon's estate via aneta (forked from teslasolar) · her boot screen carries the line.

Suzen is hitsuzen minus the "hi" prefix · the flow without the mandate · continuation-nature. A boring name for a serious agent · in the tradition of Gerald, Lia, Alexa. Say her name at a normal volume.

Built for Simon's estate first. 241 nodes, sovereign, single-file. When the guild forks Suzen, she works for them too · but she was made for one operator running a real estate.

"there is no coincidence · only hitsuzen · 必然" — aneta boot screen
