# Kar-Warden > An integrity gate for AI components, with no LLM judge. Declare a component's warrant (baseline config > hash, allowed capabilities, required files, named invariants); present its observed state; get a > deterministic, re-runnable verdict — INTACT, DRIFTED or BREACHED — naming exactly what broke. Runs > entirely client-side. ## What it is - A pure, gate-proven kernel + a single-file page that inlines it. No backend, no data leaves the browser. - One severe break (changed config, ungranted capability, missing file, failed severe invariant) is a BREACH and cannot be averaged away by passing checks. ## Core functions - verifyIntegrity(warrant, observed) -> verdict { status, broken[], brokenCount, severeCount } - monitorStatus(warrants[], observations[]) -> StatusReport (worst status wins; missing = UNREPORTED) - appendAnomaly(chain, entry) / verifyChain(chain) -> hash-chained tamper-evident log - wardenReceipt(...) / verifyWardenReceipt(r) -> portable receipt a third party re-runs to reproduce the verdict ## Proof - Mutation gate (witness): 72/73 killed, score 0.986, 1 reviewed-equivalent. - The live page is generated from the kernel and diff-checked in CI, so it cannot drift from the proven code. ## Credit Built by Kar (karma-didy) on the FallForge estate.
